Use this as a quick reference while you enter stock and part data.
| Where | Field | Use it for |

| Stock | Material Label | Give the stock item a short name like S1 or Panel A. |
| Stock | Length | Enter the full available length of that stock piece. |
| Stock | Qty | Enter how many copies of that stock item you have. |
| Stock | Cost | Enter the cost per stock piece for budgeting. |
| Parts | Part Label | Name the part or cut you need to produce. |
| Parts | Tag | Optional group tag such as A, B, or a job name. |
